Why We Do What We Do

True design is the embodiment of empathy, and empathy is the backbone of an effective society. When the artist comes to be a designer a metamorphosis takes place – a different sense of self develops as that individual sees their accountability to the community as well as to the ecology of design and technology. They recognize their service is to improve experiences of the world through thoughtful aesthetic and user-centric experience. This, like the individual’s personal growth, is a continuously iterative process.
